Mayonnaise for Diabetics

Ingredients
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mix the egg lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined. Slowly stir in the oil,
  • allowing it to emulsify. That’s it!
Healthy Worcestershire Sauce:
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger ground
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon ground
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper ground
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add all the ingredients and stir until heated through.
  2. Let simmer for 5 minutes then cool and store in the fridge.
